Now let's start with vitamin C. Why do you need vitamin C on a ketogenic diet?

Because we want to repair all the damage from the high levels of sugar and high levels

of insulin, which by the way, have to do with the vision and the arteries and the kidney

Vitamin C is necessary for that.

Now a lot of vitamin C is in the vegetables, but people think that they're going to consume
