The Supreme Court is set to hear a case on whether district judges have the authority to put nationwide injunctions on President Donald Trump's orders.

And this case could be pivotal in determining the divisions of power between different branches of government.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration is moving forward with their push for self-deportations.

And Trump has signed a new executive order on this,

which will give illegal immigrants free flights

and money if they self-deport,

as well as bolstering resources for ICE with deportations.

As this happens, there are also growing questions

of how broad the deportation programs could be. A recent arrest of a
