The new pope has been selected. Robert Previs will now become the first ever American Pope,

and he'll now be known as Pope Leo the 14th. Meanwhile, the United States has reached a new trade agreement with the UK,

and this could signal the way other international trade deals could play out. Also, the United States may just get a gold standard.

The new pope has now been selected, sworn in the whole nine yards. Robert Prevus now become the first ever

American Pope, and he'll be known now as Pope Leo the 14th. The names are important, by the way I'll

explain. Epic Times said this. He said with his first words as Pontiff, he wished all people peace

and urged the church to go forward without fear hand in hand. It says the church must build bridges of peace around the world, he said,

and he also invoked the intercession of our Lady Pompeii patroness of the rosary

and led the congregation in reciting the Hail Mary.

And it says that Pope Leo the 14th spoke to the world in Latin, Italian, and Spanish.

He partly grew up in Latin America,

but chose not to speak as native English. And notes as well that Pope Leo the 14th, who's 69 years

old, is a native of Chicago, but spent a significant amount of his ministry in Latin America,

coming to the conclave as the Archbishop, Archbishop, Bishop, Emer, of Chichlayo, Peru,

and he was twice elected Superior General

of the Augustinian Order.
