Dear Kev, I'm living with a very serious illness that has threatened my life since I was little.

It is a disease that limits my physical capabilities and hinders my intimacy with women.

The disease is known as micropenus.

As a man, yourself, I expect you to know how serious this has taken a toll on my life. I'm afraid to advance my relationships with women because
