All right, everybody. She's the brazenly good buddy Kevin Nash. Kevin, I appreciate you jumping on the show with me, man. I'm down here and heartwell Georgia filming Redneck Island and I'm having a blast. How you doing?

Good, man. I was, uh, I heard you're a very serene, uh, Lakefront crib.

Man, I tell you what, we were talking last night because I was checking on your availability to do the show. And man, I've been out here in the heartwell Georgia area for a couple of days. Now I go on about a week.

And I call my wife the other day. I said, man, I said, I don't know what we're going to do. We got to get an exit strategy, but we got to get out of LA and no disrespect to Los Angeles because it's a great city in and of itself.

But dude, I come from a smile town and all of a sudden, finally, you get a chance to kind of sit back and relax and just hear absolute quiet rather than helicopters, ambulances, sirens, cars, hogging and total BS.

So, man, it has been nice to get away from the city of Los Angeles and you were telling me a story.

You had a buddy over at your crib the other day and I guess you guys are on top of your house on your deck and y'all was looking at the beach.

And what do you, what do you tell you?

He's up there having a bud light and he just, you know, just kind of took it in for a while. We're talking about it and he just got real quiet and he just looked over at me says, I get it.

That's what he needs is I get it. I get why you're here. I said, yeah, man, it's just my private idol.

I said, man, I said, this is this is it. I said, I don't want to go nowhere.

But for a while back in the day, every now and then you and I address the issue, maybe you get in the crib out in Los Angeles. I don't picture that happening.

I love it out there, but to me, man, it's one of those things after about, I mean, I love it where you live.

You know, I mean, I like going to Gold's gym. I like to, you know, I like that Santa Monica Venice Marine area, but besides that, I don't want any of it.

So, you know, for what I got, you know, with my ocean views and what I got would cost me 10 times out in L.A.

To me, I mean, what I'm, what I'm buying is basically serenity. I've got to buy it for a million dollars in terms. So I'll just, I'll stay put.

I think you what L.A. is way too high. Man, I started just just because I'm out here. I'm just, I'm just looking at prices, but just for the hell of it. I mean, stuff out here, just so much more affordable.

I do. I don't understand how anybody is able to live in L.A. unless you bought a house 10, 15 years ago, because people are just working everyday jobs.

And I'm talking about man and woman both working, turning in their ducts to the make account, trying to pay a mortgage bill out in L.A. I mean, it's virtually impossible.

You know, I've got people with friends of mine that, you know, they make good living, but I mean, they're not, you know, they're not making some figures.
