I'm John Batch. I'm John Batchel speaking to my colleague, Kevin Fraser, the AI Innovation and Law Fellow at the

University of Texas School of Law. His podcast is scaling laws. We turn to an article that

Kevin has published at Civitas that raises to me an explanation for the

ambition and the anxiety of the research scholars in the United States right now.
