Ruby Frankie's husband, Kevin, files a lawsuit against Jody Hildebrand.

You know, I fully expected once Jody and Ruby pled guilty, that lawsuits against Jody Hildebrand

would start pouring in, not just from Kevin Frankie, but from all of the people with whom Ruby, Ruby Frankie and Jody Hildebrand destroyed their lives.

Don't forget Jody Hildebrand was a counselor giving marital advice. Basically, when she was blowing

marriages to smithereens, you know.

So I would imagine many attorneys in Utah have already filed their intention to sue her

because apparently she has the means, she has money, and people want her money.

But I have mixed feelings about Kevin Frankie. And some of the

reasons are because I do not personally fully exonerate Kevin Frankie for fault. And sort of amazingly, he hasn't been charged.

He sort of walked away Scott Free.

And if folks listening out there can't see his complicity in this going back to the eight passengers YouTube channel where he was

totally a willing participant how about the fact that he was basically bullied, bullied by Jody Hildebrand?

What man would put up with that? She basically threw him out of his house. Of course,

with the blessing of this little angel you see on the screen.

And I say that somewhat sarcastically, Ruby Frankie,

she looks so much different in her prison garb without makeup on

and all made up with that big toothy smile she usually has

than she looks right now.

And I don't gloat in anyone's misery.

Trust me, I don't.
