On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast we sit down with retired Green Beret officer and owner of 18Alpha Fitness, Kevin Edgerton. In this episode Kevin walks us through his military career where he was originally enlisted and then became an officer. He also talks about his time at the Q-course and how he found fitness. Now he's out there crushing it with 18Alpha Fitness developing the future of the SOCOM enterprise and definitely helping PJ, CCT, SR, and TACP wannabes reach their dreams within AFSW. The podcast is a way for us to give back, serve each one of you, and build our community up with the most educated and well-train members. Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
