United States and in February of 2016 I put myself on a ketogenic diet to

take control of my metabolism.

In just two and a half months I managed to reverse my markers of type two diabetes

with diet alone. As of now I'm 80 pounds lighter with no signs of

diabetes or heart disease.

and I've been on a ketogenic diet for three years.

When I started, I was very sick with complications

from type 2 diabetes.

Within six months of starting a ketiddogenic diet, all of my

biomarkers of disease had disappeared. I've also lost about 80 pounds and I've

completely turned my health around. Now normally we tell you that this show is a document of my progress through
