And listen, we're going to go right outside the box. We usually want to get to know you a little bit better,

but you piqued my interest. And I really want to focus this topic and this podcast on the

institutional investor versus the individual investor,

and where do you land? Give me the pros and cons of both because, you know, the world isn't

great. It's not like, oh, institutions are the best. There's no downside. And individuals are the

best. There's no downside. There's pros and cons to both. So I'd love to hear your take on that

and why you focus on one more than the other.

Yeah, great question.

And probably the segment that sets us apart from most others in the industry, a lot of folks,

and we get called by a lot of institutions will tease me.

They'll say, hey, when are you ready to become a big boy, Kent,

and when are you guys ready to step up into the institutional

market? And I always laugh. And I'm like, that's funny. And I'm like, let me guess. I should

work in the big boy market because it's one check. I just need one point of contact. And you guys,
