As you know, a lot of people party pretty, pretty, pretty hard from Thanksgiving all the way to New Year's,

And for a lot of people, the best reset button is dry January. That means consuming no alcohol for the entire month of January. Now, I think that this is oftentimes virtue signaling a way

of people letting other people know they're better than they are

and I don't think that's necessarily the case. I think if you hit it so hard in December that you

have to take a month off that you may have a problem with moderation. But I don't think that is the

majority of people out there. And in fact, today, I was at a restaurant in Midtown,

the Longacre, great establishment. There was no one in there. And, you know, obviously,

they're worried about their bottom line. And they said the thing that really hits them hard in the

month of January is this dry January. So why do people do it? Is it the thing to do for you? And I'm continuing a conversation that I had in my Fox business show with Adam Jablins. And we were having a good time. We were talking about dry January. Other things you can do if you don't want to consume alcohol the first month of this new year. And of course, we were cut short for time because it's the TV.
