Well, gosh, with the intro like that, how could it go wrong?

Well, that's what a lot of people ask themselves, and then all of a sudden, it is gone wrong.

I know a lot of your advice is aimed at people who are just starting out. And you have been such a wonderful

mentor to people not only in politics, but here. And it's so, it warms my heart and makes me

laugh at the same time because I will talk to people. And they'll be like, yeah, I don't

know if you know Dana Prino, but she got her super good friends. And she totally helped me figure out, I had this problem at work. And, you know, we sat down and just strategized. And now everything's totally working out. Yeah. So it's, but that, that happens. I like the, I like the people who are just starting out, but I really like that age group of you're ready for your second or third promotion

or step up.

Exactly right.

Because that's when all sorts of stuff's happening in your late 20s to your, well, frankly

now I would say from your mid-20s to 40.

Yeah.
