And let me just remind you all the things that I have saved for you. You don't even

need to send me a gift, although I'm going to give you some great ideas. I have saved your

Thanksgiving. I have saved you from aliens. I have saved you from societal collapse.

And now I'm going to save your holiday specifically Christmas because this year has sucked in so many

ways for a lot of people.

You don't see a bunch of contrarians traipsing around going, oh my God, 2020 has been so great.

I love making casserole.

This is so fun.

I've got so many paper products. I've really had some time to

myself. Now, everyone walks around going, this is stupid. I hate not working. Now I really hate the

government. I was dubious before. But they can suck a sack a bull. I don't know if we can say that.

I have not really pushed the limits on this podcast.

But what I'm here to do is to help you with some gift ideas and some wellness ideas.

Because that's, you know, self-care and wellness.

Those are the fashionable words.

It's someone else's way of saying, you're fat and depressed. Let me help

you get back on track so you don't feel like a super sad job of the hut. And so I'm going to help

you with that. And this week I needed an expert. This week I needed a mentor, a wingman, a life coach, and someone with whom I can trust my sloppy liver to on any given Saturday night.
