All right, we'll get to your calls here in just a second on the governor agreeing to the property tax deal.

People are outraged today.

I told him they would be.

Before we do that, though, I got to, and we'll get in this tomorrow, but this is a wild story that is breaking.

And obviously we're going to focus on property taxes.

But the Brownsburg Community School Corporation, the former superintendent, is suing the school board over his termination.

Yeah.

Isn't that incredible?

Well, I mean, you kind of thought maybe that was going to happen.

So just a reset.

So Jim Snap had been the superintendent at Brownsburg for, I don't know, it would have been 13 years or whatever. And he was this, you know, beloved by the board and he's great and he's the best and we're number one and

blah, blah, blah, blah. And then all of a sudden, within a, I don't know, what, a couple

weeks time or whatever, he's just basically out the door. And in the process of all that,

that gets leaked to Indy Star that there's some investigation going on with State Board of Accounts regarding some allegations of something Snap may or may not have done.

It wasn't really clear if I recall the article at the time.

And then there's this buyout and he leaves and it's all under this kind

of cloud of secrecy. Well, apparently, Snap has reached the up for which he cannot stand because

this lawsuit, I post at Robin Kendall on Twitter, if you want to see the link to it, is posted.

And he is alleging, amongst other things, a breach of contract, abuse of process, fraudulent

inducement, a violation of due process and breach of employment contract and defamation.

So this is a, like, this is going to be a wild story. This could like, oh, this could open up
