Thrilled to be here with you talking about a lot of very serious stuff out there.

And yet, why don't we just keep going?

First, let's go ahead and play audio of something that broke earlier today.

This would be Ukraine agreeing to a 28 point peace plan created by the Trump administration

to get peace between Ukraine and Russia is a big deal.

It feels like we're getting very, very close to peace between those two countries.

No matter how it actually happens, there is an aspect of this where people should credit Trump

for getting it done. Of course, they won't do that. Of course, there won't be a, we're glad to see peace because the wrong guy is in charge for mainstream media to be proud of him. But here, let's play a little bit of this audio first, just so you hear it. You have some breaking news coming in. Moment ago, we are learning into CNN from a U.S. official that Ukraine has agreed to a peace proposal

with Russia, saying only, quote, minor details are outstanding. Now, this as Ukraine's

President Zelensky, though, says that more work needs to be done. Of course, CNN has to say,

who knows if it's actually going to happen, because they really don't

seem to want to give Trump any credit for being the peacemaker in chief that he's been in a whole lot of

places. And in a lot of wars. I might end another one here. I will just say as far as my take on this

goes, and you can be as critical as you want of what you think Ukraine is giving up in order to

appease Russia and stop this conflict.

Because Ukraine is going to give things up.

They are going to cede more territory to Russia.

And you can say how wrong that is.

There's no way to get a different outcome, in my opinion.

It would take a much longer war and a lot more involvement, more direct involvement by the United States

to actually have Russia stand down in a meaningful way without gaining some of the things
