And he actually made a comment about redistricting here in Indiana.

Well, what insightful, uplifting words of wisdom did the former governor of Indiana have to say about redistricting.

He said I would defer.

He said whatever angst it creates for people, I would simply defer to the state legislatures and the governor to determine what they think is appropriate, whether it be Indiana, Texas, California, or anywhere else.

He did point out that while redistricting mid-decade hasn't been part of the tradition,

it also isn't prohibited.

The redistricting question, I mean, it's so fascinating this, even just this radio station,

because there's three shows that I think have three

very different opinions on it. And that's fine. Tony, and somebody correct me if I'm misquoting

him, he believes that it's a wholly political activity and you should go for it and do it.

I view it that our elections should be as fair as we can possibly make them.

Indiana is basically a 60-40 Republican state.

There are currently 78% of our House districts are drawn to protect Republicans.
