session is in full swing as we speak. Yeah, on the floor at 830 this morning. And, you know,

obviously they've got a whole bunch of big, big bills that are going to be in front of them.

We talked about many of them property taxes and dealing with the budget and universal school

choice. And speaking of schools, one of the bills that's starting to get some attention is this bill by House Representative J.D. Prescott.

Yeah, we had him on the show last week.

Yeah, House Bill 1230, which would, in a very common sense fashion, simply make school board elections like every other election.

Transparent.

In the state of Indiana.

Yeah.

And say, hey, look, whatever you are is what you are.

If you're a Republican, you run as a Republican.

If you're a Democrat, you run as a Democrat.

If you're a libertarian, you run as a libertarian.

But no more of this supposed nonpartisan bull crap where you don't have to put a letter behind

you know what this bill does, Rob, it makes it easy for the voter.

That's right.

Less research on their part.

Yeah.

And we've seen in one community after another, especially in central Indiana, where these

Republican communities get openly liberal, very liberal Democrat people on these school boards. And the only

logical explanation is they don't have to tell everybody, hey, I voted for Joe Biden. Yeah.
