Well, Casey, there's been a lot of talk about property taxes in the state of Indiana.

And as you know, our show has been kind of right there at the forefront of that.

Yeah, exactly.

And it was mentioned right at the beginning of the governor's state of the state address.

Yeah.

So one of the things we've talked about is areas that there may be inefficiencies in state government.

The areas there may be certainly inefficiencies in local governments.

And one of the places we've kind of looked at and said, I think we could do a lot better or maybe

even do without are our township governments.

And we've questioned, hey, what services do township governments provide that people maybe

couldn't get from somebody else?

We've talked about how, according to the Gateway website,

we've had one of the trustees here in Indiana,

who kind of agrees with us,

according to the Gateway, they're sitting on 774 million in reserves.

And we said, yeah, I think we'd like to have that conversation.

And we have a person who raised their hand and said,

I'll be happy to come on and have that conversation.

Yeah.

So his name is Chad Ellis.

He is a township trustee, a White River Township down in Gibson County, which is southwest Indiana, down towards Evansville.
