Because I think this is very important to kind of reset where we're at and how we got to being a state that has one of the highest gas taxes in the entire country before we get into this new, this article in the Indiana

Capital Chronicle.

So in 2017, the Indiana General Assembly said, look, we got to figure out a way to address

how we're funding roads in the state of Indiana.

And I think reasonable people said, hey, not disagreeing with that.
