0:04.1	I met Ken, I don't know, seven or eight years ago.
0:09.6	We did a training camp that he came to and I met a guy who grew up outside of Boston,
0:16.2	who was the first second I met him.
0:18.6	He was just constantly talking trash.

0:29.9	I thought this guy, you know, and by the way, just wanted to bury me on every ride or

0:42.5	articles in legitimate outlets outside magazine, the New York Times, a scene amount of other
0:50.6	people's podcasts, you know, the world's fastest marathoner above the age of 50 and they
0:56.8	had all these pictures and it doesn't look like a marathoner.
1:01.2	And as I was tracking his story, because we didn't talk about this when we first met,
1:06.4	he said such, I knew he had a, I don't know, a wild and interesting would be the wrong
1:14.6	word, but a complicated upbringing, not the smoothest of upbringing, but as I learned
1:23.4	more about his story, there was so much that I didn't know when we first met, you know,
1:28.6	talking about addiction, talking about even harder times than I thought.
