All right, my guest today on the forward is actually an old friend of mine, Ken Wright out.

I met Ken, I don't know, seven or eight years ago.

We did a training camp that he came to and I met a guy who grew up outside of Boston,

who was the first second I met him.

He was just constantly talking trash.

Then you fast forward, I don't know, five or six years and I start reading all these

articles in legitimate outlets outside magazine, the New York Times, a scene amount of other

people's podcasts, you know, the world's fastest marathoner above the age of 50 and they

had all these pictures and it doesn't look like a marathoner.

And as I was tracking his story, because we didn't talk about this when we first met,

he said such, I knew he had a, I don't know, a wild and interesting would be the wrong

word, but a complicated upbringing, not the smoothest of upbringing, but as I learned

more about his story, there was so much that I didn't know when we first met, you know,
