0:26.6	Thank you for joining me and you know you launched this book that I saw and I think
0:31.0	it was about a year ago the Diamondbacks collection, 50 of the greatest cards in sports
0:36.8	collecting history.
0:38.6	So I'm going to start with history.
0:40.4	How long have you been involved in baseball cards?
0:43.9	Well, I started as many, many young boys do as an eight year old collecting with my
0:54.7	friends, lived in a small town in West Virginia where I grew up and lived through until
1:03.4	went to college.
1:05.2	But the story with us, my buddies and I, going on every Saturday morning at the time
1:12.1	that this all began for me as an eight year old, you could go and buy a package of five
1:17.8	cards for a nickel and get a piece of bubble gum to do.
1:21.7	So our moms allowed us on the Saturday to get a quarter, have a quarter and we could
1:28.8	walk from where we lived in our little neighborhood down to the five and ten cent store in the
1:34.0	business area nearby.
1:36.6	We would all buy five packages of cards, open them all, stuff our mouths with gum, walk
