Summary

Are you on the traction to what you think you want or are you being distracted from it? With the misuse of time being such a relevant factor in today’s world, my biggest takeaway of the week is to understand the proper use of time from the distinction of traction and distraction. If you can reduce the amount of time that you spend in ego-based consciousness and spend more time in belief, you will be more inspired, in-spirit and emotionally aligned, which will create the confidence, charisma, coincidences, and karma that you need to achieve more. 0:43.0

so interesting to me.

0:45.0

And that's traction and distraction.

0:49.0

And I see so many people that are in distraction.

0:54.0

And they're blaming technology, they're blaming TV, they're blaming whatever

0:58.0

else they want to blame, of why they're distracted from the trajectory or outcomes

1:04.0

or better that they're looking for.

1:07.0

And so my takeaway of the week is to understand the proper use of time to not only

1:15.0

keep us at ease to identify what interferes with our ease, but also to identify

1:20.0

which is most practically the same exact thing, the distinction between

1:25.0

traction and distraction.

1:28.0

Are you on the traction towards what you think you want or are you being distracted

1:33.0

from it?
