We don't want this case to be about anyone else, regardless of who they are, what their

politics is, we just want this to be about Ken. So I agree with you though, it's all going

to be about Ken's unlawful intent or lack thereof. We are going to make sure we do everything

to hold the government, the state to their burden of proof when it comes to all the elements,

particularly intent. And I think at the end of the day, that's what a jury's going to have

to ask themselves, they're going to have to go through all this evidence. For example,

the items I pointed out, and I recognize I'm not giving, you know, a full picture to everything.

I'm sure if the state was on here, they would point out different facts. But all I can do is

point out the ones that I want to focus on. And I think it's going to be very, very difficult

for a jury to sit down in face of those facts and conclude that Mr. Chesbro acted with unlawful
