| 1:01.9 | the punch of a hurricane pounding Mexico's Baja Coast, the strongest in nearly 50 years, |
| 1:07.8 | battering locals and trapping tourists in their hotels. |
| 1:13.0 | These disasters are made more powerful by global warming, and it's only going to get worse for us and for future generations, |
| 1:18.8 | unless we act now. That's why more than 120 world leaders are coming to New York City next |
| 1:25.6 | Tuesday for the UN's Global Summit on Climate, |
| 1:28.9 | trying yet again to provoke governments to get on with it, reduce those carbon emissions |
| 1:34.4 | that are heating up the atmosphere before it's too late. So here in New York, in the days leading |
| 1:41.2 | up to the summit, there's a lot happening to keep the UN on point. |
| 1:45.8 | The People's Climate March, perhaps the largest ever, with over a thousand organizations |
| 1:50.5 | behind it, a three-day gathering of religious leaders at Union Theological Seminary on what |
| 1:56.0 | the National Catholic Reporter calls the number one pro-life issue of our time, climate change. |
