something I stumbled over that gave me a burst of optimism, something you can share with

friends like an audio greeting card, something to help us all keep our eyes on what's working

and what could be.

So, you know, those end of the year lists where they recommend like the Kashmir Wrap

to cost $348, or some lotion that's probably not really going to work, that's going to

take away all of your forehead wrinkles for $160, that's not really how I roll.

So I have been having a lot of fun on Facebook, kind of crowd sourcing, a list of things that

are getting people through the day, they're kind of like life hacks.

And then I realized as I was surfacing all these things that I had three really important

life hacks that I wanted to offer up, so let's start with what I collected on Facebook.

I had put out there that I'm a sucker for licorice mint tea, it's an acquired taste

if you don't like licorice, forgive me, hang in there.

There are loads of other suggestions out there, but I am a tea fanatic.

I drink it all day long.

I'm also a fan of the Smilk Fomer in which I put half and half, which is kind of a hangover

from my keto diet days, which are long, long gone.

But the Smilk Fomer with the half and half in the big clear glass, I mean, I just feel

like I'm in a cafe in Paris, and it is the day is cheap thrill.

After the coffee, I spend two minutes with my electric toothbrush just going bananas on
