Hi, Carolyn.

Hey, Kelly. How are you? I'm doing well. Thank you so much for being

0:24.4

here. You and I were just talking. You've written this amazing book for couples and it's called Fire It Up and

0:30.6

we're going to get to all of that. But I loved the sentiment you just said about why you even wanted to

your relationship gets stale. And I can't tell you, I'm in my 40s. So I can't tell you the

1:35.0

amount of conversation that I have with friends who have been in long-term relationships. I think

1:40.3

I'm kind of at that age where people are going, whoa, I've been in this relationship for a really long time.

1:48.0

I love this person.

I have a family with this person, but it is stale.
