Hi guys, Kelly here. I have randomly had multiple messages regarding this podcast lately and I can't help but feel it is the universe speaking to you guys and me about something really important right now. I think we can all agree that times are tough right now and extra heavy and I personally believe we are all being challenged in a way that is asking us to level up. To me, "leveling up" means evolve and grow and learn and keep learning. I also believe this involves getting to know ourselves and understanding the things that make us tick. I love therapy for this reason, but I also am beginning to understand the bigger picture of what else is happening around us. It's more than a mind thing, it's a soul thing.
