Summary

Thanks for stopping by The Pretty Intense Podcast. I am honored and delighted to have a very good friend of mine on the show today. Kelly Noonan Gores is with us today. We have been friends since I watched her documentary "Heal" on Netflix a long time ago. Kelly, like myself recently had a breast explant surgery. Our conversation today is the first time Kelly has talked about her explant publicly. We talk about the details of the surgery, why she decided on the explant, and why she had breast implants in the first place. We also dove into a deep and philosophical conversation about mental and physical wellness, about forgiveness, about men and women, and the masculine feminine. We had a well spirited conversation, about what is going on in the world and what we can do as individuals to deal with and contribute to a solution that benefits us as humans. We hope you enjoy this show.
