It's the Burt Show's entertainment buzz.

It's a tough line.

You know when you see somebody and it looks like they maybe have dropped some weight shaped up a little bit

and you don't really know what the right thing to say is because they look so good but you don't

want to make a big thing about it. It's kind of like what we talked about with

plastic surgery yesterday. Someone looks really good.

Do you make a comment or do you keep it to yourself?

And I think a lot of people have felt that way

about Kelly Clarkson and seeing her.

She looks so good.

She's been open about her weight struggles

for the past couple of years. And people have noticed that she looks amazing and I kind of thing in the back of everybody's mind they're like is it Osempic because everybody in Hollywood is on Osepeck and Kelly Clarkson being the open person that

she is was actually asked about it and she revealed you know what's really

behind this complete weight loss change for her. She said that she credits a lot of her health changes

to her recent relocation New York City.

She's like, you know what, walking in the city

is quite the workout.

And I'm really into infrared saunas right now.

It's actually something that I do.

Those are amazing.
