What we want in golf is more mobility.

That mobility comes from not only stretching but also activation.

So the muscles around a joint, they all communicate with one another in order to move that joint.

And the better the communication is between those muscles, the better the joint moves and the more mobile the joint is.

There are certainly restrictions in the body that are typical of being a human being and working at a desk

that can be very problematic to the golf swing and those things need to be addressed through flexibility training

and that can be certainly part of the warm-up.

But a larger portion of that warm- up needs to be targeted towards increasing the

firing rate of our glutes, of our core, and of our scapular stabilizers in particular.

And those muscles that help pull the joints through their full range of motion, and those
