letting us down, it can be really difficult to find the good in the world, to find the sick, when our body seems to be letting us down, it can be really difficult

to find the good in the world, to find the positive when we are faced so closely with something

that is painful or hurtful or distracting like an illness. Well, this one is certainly harder done

than said, but it's no different than any other challenge that we experience in this world.

And when we focus on our mindset, when we focus on our greater being, our soul, it'll actually

change the way we look at the things that are hurting us, that are limiting us, make each day

difficult. It'll change our perspective on it and allow us to expand our positive mindset
