And I certainly have some takeaways from that that I'm going to share in today's episode.

and, you know, just the whole thing around it and how, you know, for us trying to build the

positive mindset community and what we're looking to do, how we can look at it, or at least

how I look at it and where our opportunities are from there.

So we're going to have, of course, our slowdown moment where we're taking a deep breath,

breathe in that oxygen, you know, just slow down, relax so we can zero in, spend this time together

and, you know, just hopefully enjoy the next 10 minutes or so.
