off with a basic question here. What prompted you to start fasting? How did you find Dr. Fung and

Megan Ramos? Well, I found out about fasting maybe 10 years ago. And it was when Dr. Jason Fung

started coming out and I was in Malaysia. I was not in the US yet. And I did fasting. So I knew about Megan Ramos. I knew about Jason Fong. I knew about the obesity code and all that. I knew it was all in my head. And I tried fasting and I was good at fasting. I could fast three days, five days, not a problem.

But I was not seeing the results that I wanted, you know. And so I was just kind of skirting

around. I thought I knew fasting, but I did not know the full picture of how it should work for me.

And that's why I came to the community. You were specifically concerned about heart health,

correct? Yes, because what happened is as the years passed, I was due to family history or

whatever, I was already on blood pressure medication. And then I have an autoimmune condition

that I'm on a low dosage for something else. And then what happened

was because of my cholesterol, my doctor was pushing me to go and study, which I pushed back for

some years and I just gave in because it was just too much pressure to take from, you know,

a professional that's supposed to be taking care of my health. But at the back of my mind,

I knew something wasn't right. Like I did not feel at ease with it. And that's why I started looking.
