What happens when you stop chasing perfection and start trusting your body? In this heartfelt conversation, Audrey shares with Coach Lisa how she moved from fear and confusion to calm confidence by embracing nourishment, community, and self-compassion.

| 0:00.0 | I think there's this calm, this sense of I've got this, this confidence that I know what to do and where to turn to look for answers. |
| 0:07.9 | And I think that was the biggest surprise because I thought it was just to do-do, to eat, not to eat, not to drink, you know, things like that. |
| 0:23.6 | Hello, everyone. My name is Lisa Chance. I'm a fasting coach here at TFM. |
| 0:25.6 | Today we welcome one of our community members, Audrey Fung. |
| 0:30.6 | Hi Audrey, how are you doing today? |
| 0:32.6 | I'm good. |
| 0:33.6 | Hi, Coach Lisa. |
| 0:34.6 | Hi everyone. |
| 0:35.6 | Yes, we're here to find out about your transformation. Let's start |
| 0:39.6 | off with a basic question here. What prompted you to start fasting? How did you find Dr. Fung and |
| 0:45.9 | Megan Ramos? Well, I found out about fasting maybe 10 years ago. And it was when Dr. Jason Fung |
| 0:54.0 | started coming out and I was in Malaysia. I was not in the US yet. And I did fasting. So I knew about Megan Ramos. I knew about Jason Fong. I knew about the obesity code and all that. I knew it was all in my head. And I tried fasting and I was good at fasting. I could fast three days, five days, not a problem. |
| 1:11.7 | But I was not seeing the results that I wanted, you know. And so I was just kind of skirting |
| 1:17.3 | around. I thought I knew fasting, but I did not know the full picture of how it should work for me. |
| 1:23.8 | And that's why I came to the community. You were specifically concerned about heart health, |
| 1:29.5 | correct? Yes, because what happened is as the years passed, I was due to family history or |
| 1:36.3 | whatever, I was already on blood pressure medication. And then I have an autoimmune condition |
| 1:41.1 | that I'm on a low dosage for something else. And then what happened |
| 1:45.6 | was because of my cholesterol, my doctor was pushing me to go and study, which I pushed back for |
| 1:51.0 | some years and I just gave in because it was just too much pressure to take from, you know, |
| 1:56.6 | a professional that's supposed to be taking care of my health. But at the back of my mind, |
| 2:01.2 | I knew something wasn't right. Like I did not feel at ease with it. And that's why I started looking. |
