In the middle of there, somewhere is main show and Happy Half Hour. I will say that Happy Half Hour's guest is the co-creator of the Daily Show and television legend, Madeline Smithberg.

If you're wondering who is the person who decided we should go ahead and hire Stephen Colbert and hire Steve Carell.

Wow. She also was the executive producer of the John Stewart show on MTV before the Daily Show. She did the Daily Show with Killborn and then there was some weird stuff.

She was like, well, I know this guy John. He came on and then later similar in the same vein she hired me and gave me my first job.
