Shutdown is in day eight.

Any sign of it ending?

And if not, will you continue to vote every day in order to put the onus on the Democrats?

Well, we've voted six times now, including a Democratic alternative, which certainly

doesn't have the votes because it tries to extort about a million, or I should say, a trillion

dollars in enhanced subsidies for Obamacare, plus Brinig on a $50 billion

rural hospital stabilization fund and then restore free health care for illegal aliens.

So we're not going to go there, obviously.

But Democrats are persisting in the shutdown, but I think they're fighting a losing battle.

Now, Senator Cornyn last week, and I assume continuing this week, three Democrats defected.

Senator Cortez Mastow, Senator Federman, and Angus King of caucuses with the Democrat Senator from Maine.
