what any of this has to do with Slow Living. So Katie Patrick is my guest today. And can I just say

first thing, I absolutely loved her. This is the first time I'd met her.

I have read her book and it is phenomenal.

But first time I'd met her and there was just a kinship there.

And again, had you described her work to me before that, I'd think, well, that's fantastic.
