You were the first woman to run the Boston Marathon back in the 1960s, is that right?

I was the first woman to officially register and run the Boston Marathon.

In 66, Roberta Gibbs jumped out of the bushes and ran the race.

And in 67, I wanted to run and my coach insisted that I sign up for the race.
