Hi everybody, welcome back to the Be There In 5 Podcast. I'm Kate Kennedy, your host.

0:15.9

It is very late at night. I have tried out like five different episode types for this

0:22.3

week and keep scrapping it and you know, to be there in five of it all, I just kind of try to, you

0:31.4

know, I try to make it charming. The point is that I'm on my way, but you never quite know

0:36.7

when I'll show up. But it's a funny thing where I always fear that like me dropping late episodes

0:44.2

looks like it's lazy when really it happens when I'm struggling and I want to get it right. And

0:49.2

it's not that I'm delaying doing it. It's like I just struggling a bit and not happy with something

0:56.2

I'm doing. And I think I'm an interesting point in my life, you know, season, if you will, where

1:07.3

trying to do to avoid the way you feel. Maybe the point is to just be honest and talk about how you

1:42.0

feel. And I decided kind of last minute because so many of you were so awesome and called in to

1:49.7

do Kate Lila this week. I'm just going to do next week or the week after. But I guess I

1:56.6

it's a funny thing where I felt badly or ill-equipped to be giving advice right now because I

2:01.6

feel very out of sorts. But that's kind of what I like about friendship is like we talk to each

2:07.4

other we give our input not always as experts or know what alls are evolved people but just

2:13.9

just people who support one another through weird shit that happens in life. And I might not give

2:20.9

the best advice but or input but I can at least keep you company and you'll do the same for me.

2:29.3

And I don't know I guess I'll just tell you what's going on the name of vulnerability of a Kate

2:35.1

Lila episode. And then when it's her questions there'll be some fun pop culture one some serious
