So as I mentioned in the American Ashley Deep dive, I posted a couple days ago.

This week I'm, instead of doing a new episode, I'm posting bonus episodes I recorded

for the Patreon audience, which is the, you know, the bonus content I put behind a paywall

that I fear is too niche for the main feed, like Gilmore Girls' fanfic.

I wanted to put a couple of these on the main feed for a couple of reasons, one being that

I have a lot to do for the show this weekend and stuff, and like a lot, obviously, has been

going on behind the scenes, and I just needed some time off.

And I've never taken a week off in three and a half years, but perhaps the joke of it all

that's so me is that, I don't know, I took time off because I had stuff to do, but now

that I don't have to be doing other stuff, I'm inspired to do other stuff.

You know what I mean?

It's, I hate how, I hate this part of my process where the second, the pressure is off.

I'm so inspired by something.

I get inspired by two things, no pressure and utter aimlessness or down to the wire procrastination.

It's a very frustrating way to live, but all that to say, I just really, I don't know,

I really, I've been wanting to revisit Gilmore Girls, and there are a lot of people out there

who love it as much as I do that aren't on Patreon, and I don't know, I guess what I've

learned through like, you know, talking about things like Taylor Swift or even some of

the millennial lifestyle adjacent things we talk about, like Mormon, Mommy, Blogger, Deep

Dives, Rachel Hollis, Deep Dives, MLM, Sororities, Weddings, purity culture, these things we've

gone through in the past, are these points of connection that I love making with listeners
