You know, for me, I was able to really look in a broader sense of how I was feeling with

two kind of pillars, which was fear and love.

The fearful things in my case was fear of the unknown, which is a big one, fear of losing

what you have and fear of not getting what you want.

And then you look at love.

It's completely the opposite of that.
