Summary

On April 11, 2019, 68 year old Kat Hammontre went on a short day hike with family, friends, and her German Shepherd Tootsie in Diablo Canyon, located in San Pedro Martir National Park. After less than a mile in, Kat sits down due to issues with her foot, while the rest of the group continued on. When the hiking party returned, less than 90 minutes later, Kat and her dog were gone.
