is effective. It's worthy of the missiles that the U.S. fleet in Air Force carry. However, the question I

asked Anatole earlier, and I repeat now with the world order in disarray, is there any body

that's trusted, any state that's trusted, arbitrate this dispute, or does it continue, as I've

been told to Esqually?

Well, if there is a country, it's the United States still, because it has good relations with India and reasonably good ones with Pakistan.

I mean, there isn't anybody else in the old days, but I mean the very, very old days, the UN could have played a role,

but the UN is now a completely crippled institution.
