Anger is a valid emotion. It is an emotion that allows us to recognize when we have been wounded or a boundary has been crossed. Holding onto anger, resentment, and rage, however, is like carrying a hot stone in your back pocket. Anger is something you hold onto, therefore it is in you and a part of you. | 1:37.8 | that you own with this person, your partner, |
| 1:41.4 | or whoever it is that hurt you, wounded you, |
| 1:44.0 | did this terrible thing to you. |
| 1:46.1 | You have this relationship with them now because of this offense. |
| 1:51.6 | And the energy between the two of you can be seen as a bank account. |
