Karin Carlson, founder of Return Yoga, has been bringing yoga out of the studio model into underserved communities for years and, after reading a recent post she wrote about the Yoga Alliance, J reached out to work through some ideas together. 0:00.9	So let's say you're a yoga teacher and you're at home by yourself trying to have a practice
0:06.1	because you know that you need to take care of yourself.
0:09.4	If you're going to get up in front of rooms full of people every day
0:12.9	and tell them to take care of themselves, you have to do the same, right?
0:17.9	So you're at home and you're having a practice by yourself.
0:22.2	But all you're thinking about is teaching. You're essentially doing lesson planning instead of having your own practice.
0:29.1	It's not that easy to like take that teacher hat off and just have your practice, is it? I'm betting a lot
