0:46.5	to any discovery motion. And this was a tactic to dismarch these hardworking, dedicated public servants simply by attaching them
0:58.2	to a federal investigation for which there is no boundaries. Well, within 24 hours of those arguments,
1:06.0	the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office was contacted by the United States Attorney's Office.
1:12.3	And let me make crystal clear.
1:14.3	They made clear that I could inform the court.
1:18.2	There is no longer any federal investigation into the investigation of John O'Kee's death or any related matters.
1:26.4	It is closed. It is closed.
1:27.6	It is over.
1:29.1	So all those implications and innuendos that erode at the objectivity of our potential jury pool,
1:38.4	well, they become more egregious when you see that they're not based on reality of fact.

1:45.1	I had been waiting to see if there was going to be official word, and there it is.
