1:48.9	the genesis of the odominer reading of 12,665 miles is with Trooper Paul as he conducted the
1:59.5	CARs analysis on February 1st.
2:02.3	Now, here's where Dr. Welcher comes in.
2:05.0	Dr. Welcher then uses this key data point, odometer 12,665, as the basis, the starting point,
2:26.0	for his determination of the locations and times for the events of January 29 of 2022.
2:42.0	Dr. Welcher uses his scenario analysis of Ms. Reed's travels, and that's detailed on slides 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28 to calculate and then deduct 36 miles from the odometer, according to Trooper Paul on February 1st of 2022, to arrive at an
