0:06.7	And I am truly still blown away by this interaction,
0:09.3	and I can't believe she actually tried this.
0:11.5	Here's what happened.
0:12.4	It's almost snow season here and I booked an
0:14.4	appointment to have my tires swap today a month ago. The first snow is forecasted for Wednesday
0:19.4	morning so I knew it would be busy when I got there, but in reality it was actually chaos.
0:24.4	I checked my vehicle in after about 15 minutes in line and was thinking that they were moving pretty
0:28.7	quickly for it to be that short, given that they had so many vehicles. There were even some parked on the grass as well and I had to park a quarter mile down the road and walk up to the store just to get here.
0:39.2	For the next hour I waited and got to hear the poor employees get screamed at over and over again by
0:45.0	walk-in customers with no appointments who thought that they should get their tires immediately.
0:49.5	But the last one honestly really took the cake.
0:52.0	She'd been staring through the big windows at the
0:53.7	shop the whole time she was in line. She was told that she had two choices. Make an appointment
0:58.4	for next Monday and come back. Or leave her vehicle and they'd get it done in the order it came in after those with appointments.
1:05.0	So she'd probably need to come back at about eight hours.
1:08.0	She started freaking out, screaming and cussing that she needed her tires now,
1:12.0	and didn't care who was in front of her because she was the first one in line right now.
1:16.7	The employees patiently and kindly explained her options again and that they were booked
1:20.8	solid for a week.
1:22.2	She never even looked at him, but she just cut him off.
