And entitled Karen blatantly tries to cut in line while we're waiting in line at an amusement park to go on a ride.

0:05.6

But instead of letting this go, I decide to get petty by humiliating this woman in a way that she will truly never forget.

0:11.3

Here's what happened.

0:12.3

Okay, so here we are waiting on this really long line for an amusement park ride when suddenly this woman sneakily cuts in line.

0:18.8

Now, first, I thought that she was with her family and she was just gone briefly to fetch some water or something like that, while the rest of her party was in line, but it also just didn't look like it. She was seemingly glued to her phone, and she was pushing others every now and then just to get in front of a few kids at a time. And yeah, there were a lot of kids in the line. On top of that, she didn't look like she was looking for someone who might be in line. While she was trying to pass me, I told her, miss, the line starts over there. Well, she pretended not to hear me and just kept moving and cut in front of me. And then I tapped her on the shoulder and I said the same thing again quietly. Well, she just stared at me and stood there. She then stopped trying to get to the front, but also did nothing to move to the back.

0:55.8

So I tapped her on the shoulder once again, and I said the exact same thing, this time loud enough for others to hear. She then huffed and puffed and started moving back, and while she was at it, she accidentally elbowed me. Now, I am a taller woman, so her elbow hit my hip, which, by the way, it did hurt, which in turn just got me angry at the audacity of this lady.

1:14.0

So I stared at her, expecting an apology, but she said nothing for a good 10 seconds. Well, I just kept staring at her, and then she finally said in a barely audible whisper, I'm sorry. After that, she kept standing directly behind me. But it's like, no, that's not where you're supposed to stand.

1:28.5

She is supposed to stand all the way in the back behind the group of kids behind me. There are about 30 kids there who I wouldn't expect to stand up for themselves at all. So this is when I decided to get loud as I stare at her and I tell her, go to the back behind the kids. Well, as you can imagine, she hated that, but at this point, I was loud enough to be socially intimidating and probably also physically intimidating, as she is half my size. So she moved behind the kids. I got on the rhyme with most of the kids, while she was waiting at the back with a few of the remaining kids and whoever cued up behind her. And now my hip hurts just a little bit whenever I touch it. Not a lot, but a bruise easily, and I'm just mad at the persistent, awful attitude to this point. The right ends where it starts, and when we are done, the rest of them are getting on. Now, where the upcoming writers are expected to store their possessions is also the side that we ourselves stored our possessions. So she comes over to our side to put her things exactly where we are to pick up our things. It is crowded and unordily due to the excitement and general chaotic nature of the kids. And you know what? That's where the pettiness got the best of me. And I took advantage of the crowd. I then take a step and I trip her inconspicuously. She then tripped and hit her face on the open lid of the metal lockers and bounced off that to fall on the ground. And in the process, a few kids stepped on her hands. But you know what? I walked out beside her while she was down and honestly, that was incredibly fun. Okay, I love this story so much because you know what, that lady started it. You know for a fact she elbowed you in the hip on purpose,

2:51.1

and you know she did that because you called her out.

2:53.3

First of all, who does that?

2:55.0

Seriously, who's going to walk up to the front of a line and be like, oh, it's me, I'm going next? Instead of, oh, I don't know, getting in the back of the line and being a normal human being? Like, seriously, you've got to have a lot of guts to pull that off and feel okay about that.

3:06.7

Especially when there's a crowd of people.

3:08.4

Like, seriously, get a grip.

3:09.8

It's incredibly unfair to all the children in line who are going on this ride as well. The least you can do is stand behind them in line with everyone else. But no, this lady had to swim to the front until you said something. And trust me, if I was in your shoes, I would do the same thing. Most rides at some kind of park nowadays are like an hour plus long, if not longer than that. So it's like, no, I'm not going to wait in this line forever just for you to cut in front of me. Go to the back like a normal human being and wait your turn. So truly, good for you for getting back at this lady, because I'm sure that hurt, but also it was probably horribly embarrassing, which in my opinion is the thing that she absolutely
