In addition, he is the founder of 6in10, an organization that provides mental health support and education to the LGBTQ+ community, and the co-founder of Mantl, a skin-care line for bald men. 0:09.7	The only way I've succeeded and find a healthy boundary is by saying, I gotta meet you

0:18.9	And so it's always been my burden but always has been my greatest triumph of being able

0:25.7	And I think, you know, like as a society, we need to get rid of cancel culture and switch

0:31.9	I think that we have gotten to a place where it's easy to jump on a bad-wanging cancel
0:37.3	someone, but then what we forget is that once you've canceled them, they get further
0:41.4	pushed into a group of people who believe and feel the same way they feel.
0:45.8	It's very rare where someone who's been canceled actually changes privately or publicly.
0:51.3	All they do is they revert back to a group that believes what they believe.
0:55.7	And I think that's part of the problem.
0:57.7	Giving people opportunities to grow and learn instead of canceling is I think so important.
1:03.2	But to do that, you have to have a group of people who understand the importance of empathetic
1:08.2	listening because when you can let someone communicate, when we can communicate together,
1:13.2	when you communicate to yourself honestly, world open up.
