Summary

Kara Brothers is the president of the mold-breaking skincare solutions company Starface World. She studied English in school and spent the early years of her career trying to find an industry and role that felt like a good fit for her. Brothers worked at several digital ad agencies before spending 10 years at Google, working in corporate strategy and strategic partnerships. Brothers implemented key communications and organizational strategies at the fledgling company and was made president soon after. 1:27.3	But before all of that, Kara spent many years doing what so many of us struggle with, just trying to find the right fit.
1:34.8	She worked as a receptionist at an ad agency and then as an account exec at an ad tech company.
